Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment. If you are a new client, we will ask you to complete a short questionnaire to ensure you receive the best experience.
Cancellations
Please provide us with a 24 hour notice if cancelling. A less than 24 hour notice will incur a 50% charge of services cancelled. No-show appointments will be charged the full price of services booked. No charge will be incurred if we are able to fill the appointment time.

Any services packs purchased in advance will receive a discount.
